• Prices include all electricity, linen and towels (although you will need to bring your own towels for the swimming pool), and also free use of our bicycles (7 adult bikes available).

• 25% of the charge for your holiday is payable on booking, with the remainder due no later than 8 weeks before the start of your holiday. A refundable damages deposit is also payable by cheque along with the final installment.  Further details of Terms and Conditions are available on request.

• Taxe de Sejour - we are obliged by French law to collect the Taxe de Sejour at the time of your stay.  We expect that for 2006 this will be about 72 cents per night for each person over the age of 13, and this amount will be deducted from your damages deposit at the end of your stay.
  
  
• Low occupancy reductions: During peak season (22nd July - 2nd September) and high season (other dates from 20th May to 9th September), for each person less than the maximum, the price can be reduced by £30, e.g for a group of 5 people staying in Les Lavandes from 20th to 27th May, the price would be reduced by £60, giving a total price of £590.  The maximum reduction per property per week is £100, or £150 for Le Logis in peak season.

• Exclusive use of the whole property can be arranged (e.g. for courses, family reunions etc.), with meals provided for special dinners - contact us for further details. Short breaks are also available outside the peak season at the following rates; 65% of full week price for a 3 night break, 75% for 4 nights, and 85% for 5 nights.  

• Bed and Breakfast - B&B is available for the following rates per room :

  1 person - 65 Euros

  2 people - 75 Euros

  3 people - 88 Euros(one double and one single)

  A continental breakfast is included in the price, although a full cooked breakfast is available by arrangement. Please note that from June to September a small Taxe de Sejour is also payable per person per night (currently 72 cents).

  Discounts for extended stays; tariff from the second night is 5 Euros less per room.
